I am thrilled to serve as the Principal of Reams Road Elementary and to be a proud member of the Ram team. For the past 24 years, I have had the privilege of working in Chesterfield County Public Schools. My journey in education began in the classroom, where I taught at both Falling Creek and Woolridge Elementary Schools. I later served as Assistant Principal at Spring Run and Jacobs Road Elementary Schools, and most recently, as the Associate Principal here at Reams.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Wilkes University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife, Jen,also a Chesterfield educator, and our twin sixteen-year-old boys. As a family, we love being outdoors, camping, playing sports, and traveling. When I’m not with my family, you’ll likely find me coaching, golfing, hunting, or out on the water fishing.
I am deeply passionate about elementary education and strive to live by the motto: “Work hard… Play hard.” I’m honored to be part of a school community that shares a strong commitment to doing what’s best for students. My leadership is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a focus on helping every child reach their full potential.
Open and honest communication is the foundation of a strong school community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can ever be of assistance.
